Overturned 2nd circut - Ricci vs DeStaphano - which overturned Sotomyers previous ruling (sided w/ white firefighters) - citing that it violates, title 7, the civil rights act
Also said 911 vicitims can’t sue Saudia Arabia for funding the 911 acts - you can sue foreign entities!
