The House approved a bill that give states extended benefits with unemployment rates of 8.5% or higher.
So your out of luck if your state happens to not have super unemployment… seems totally fair-ish, or totally arbitrary.

The House passed funding today that allows the Energy Department to spend up to $200 million more each year on research and development for advanced-technology vehicles and auto parts.
It’s amazing how much support this industry gets, is the auto industry to inept to succeed on their own?
